spastic food poisoning, cos me to lose appetite. i never knew food poisoning can be so severe until it happened to me. imagine throwing up 15times, from food to yellow bile to green bile. super gross. the cramp was the worst i experienced. the most shocking thing is pple think A&E is a 24hr clinic, all sort of pple go there, even with the minor stomach ache and sprain in the ankle also rush there. this is ridiculous, can't these pple tell wad is emergency and not, they completely hog the first come first serve queue with all sorts of minor aliments. can't believe it, having to wait for 3hr in pain. well at least the doctor was fast to diagnose and admit. stayed for one day, couldn't stand the horrid food, got discharge asap. lol.well now, all's well. it's back to work, ot and more ot. so exciting!!! now i better go shopping at supermarket to see what kind of food can be microwave so can stock the fridge in the office with dinner. hahaha. better convince jac to pool with me, so wun be so ex.
